Johnny Cash.

For the winner there was a big three-legged cauldron to stand over a fire - it was worth a dozen oxen by the Greek's reckoning - and for the loser he brought forward a woman thoroughly trained in domestic work whom they valued at four oxen.

Cats on Mars, by Yoko Kanno.

It's really silly I know, but it's my natural personality despite being serious at times.

I've got an archive of great songs, most of them Japanese. Only a few of them are silly like this. A lot of them are asian piano ballads. Some of them are even jazz.

If I could change the world, I would make it so that the person closest to me would never have to suffer. But if I did that, would "I" be truly happy?

Just checked out a clip of Low. Cool stuff. Reminds me a little of The Cowboy Junkies (Lots of differences, but there's a similar ambient quality).
