I've changed the guidelines a bit. Hopefully this makes the rules simpler and easier to follow, and I also removed bits that might be intimidating. Created a debate submission form as well. If you have any further revision suggestions, rules to add or repeal, post them here. Also, if anyone has an interest in moderating the debates, let me know so that I can consider you. It would help if you have some sort of plan to actively encourage debates and revive the forum. Meanwhile, dreamweaver or myself will handle any that come up.
