I think that epistemology and metaphysics should be split up into seperate forums as they are both foundations of philosophy and can cover completely different areas. Can we learn rationalism in metaphysics? Can we understand causation in epistemology?

Perhaps in order to keep the activity up in metaphysics, the philosophy of mind subforum could be merged back into it... it doesn't seem to have taken off.

Nah. Metaphysics & Epistemology keeps the forum bipartisan. Split 'em up and the only thing the analytics and the continentals would have to say to each other would be a curt "good day" as they passed in the hall.
