In book I of the republic Socrates tries to give an account of knowledge disguised as a debate about justice. And what I am trying to do is extract a problem from this account of knowledge that Plato's forms can help overcome.

All the I have been able to come up with is that he isn't able to come up with a definition of justice that would fit all cases. He uses a Mad Man example to refute the other philosophers definition of justice. Another weakness I was able to come up with is that he needs to answer the question " what is good"? Because he believes that a just man is incapable of committing wrong, if he is aware of it. So, in order for them to be just they must be good.

These problems that I found I feel are pretty weak and are not the right problems that Plato's forms can solve. Any input would be appreciated. My sources are from Plato's republic and Plato's forms are still a bit confusing for me.
