Subject: Need Help Please, lots of different questions!
Alright my PHI 101 final is two days from now and I'm not sure sympathetic you all will be to my plight, but any help would be greatly appreciated. The teacher gives us our short answer questions before the final to study and I really need help on a lot of them as I made the mistake of taking three lecture courses this quarter and have fallen behind in PHI. The questions are below and I thank any of you for your help.

1. Why did Marx consider the destruction of capitalism to be inevitable?
2. What are three Lockean principles that were incorporated into the American system of government?
3. What is the current legal status of partial birth abortions?
4. On what basis does Daniel Dennet argue that Darwin refuted the design argument (VIDEO)
5. Explain Marxs theory of surplus value.
6. Name two arguments against mandatory aids testing.
7. What are three ways in which Marcuse criticized classical Marxism (how did he modify or criticize it)
8. What discovery changed the debate over the use of embryonic stem cells
9. Why are rights inalienable according to Locke?
10. What is the difference between the ancient and modern view of freedom?
11. Why should one obey the categorical imperative according to Kant?
12. What are three problems with utilitarianism?
13. Name three ways in which Marx’s predictions failed. (predictions about democracy and capitalism)
14. State two key arguments for allowing parents with genetic defects to have children.
15. What are two major criticisms of physician assisted suicide?
16. Name two arguments against affirmative action.
17. Why is determinism a threat to morality according to the book.
18. What did Hobbes believe would prompt people to leave the state of nature.
19. What can logical positivists say about morality based upon their verification principle.

I already know a few of these, but I still would like to make sure I am in the correct line of thinking so as to not study the wrong answer! Thanks again!
