are there any homestar Runner fans here? I am a big fan of both homestar runner and philosophy and I am considering writing a paper on HomestarRunner.com Homestar Runner begs many Philosophical Questions Take the King of Town for example: Is his position legitimate? Is authority sufficient to rule even if it isn't recognized? Isn't unrecognized authority a conflict in terms? Is authority necessary to be king, what qualities define "kinglyness". that's just the King of Town Does the Poopsmith resemble Camus' myth of Sisyphus? Is Strong Sad a Nihilist? Is Strong Bad an Epicurean? Are the Brothers Strong representative of Plato's three part soul? Then of course there are the characters from created worlds such as Teen Girl Squad: How many levels of existence are there? Is Strong Bad more "Real" than the members of TGS because he created them, or are they both equally real because they are both fictitious characters created by Mike and Matt Chapman? (this gets more complicated in the short toon "4 Gregs") Is true that "when you fall in a bottomless pit you die of starvation? What do you think?

If at first you're a man, and then you become just a dragon, are you still part of the moral community? If so, can you be faulted for burninating the countryside if your approach to ethics is Nietzschean?

would Kant consider a dragon a moral agent? is sbmail 41 (invisibility) an alternate version of Gyges ring? which sbmails are actually hrmails and vice versa?
