Oops, sorry. Firefox 3.0.12 or version 3.0.11 depending which computer I was on. Both running on XP.

Edit: The same thing seems to have happened to Tobias here.

My password wasn't accepted anymore. I asked for a new one and it logged me in. I tried to change it to my old password in my profile settings and it did, but I still couldn't log in with my old password.

A bunch of icons have failed to load - or for the phenomenologists, appear to have failed to load:

At least some of my automatic PM notifications are going out without subjects and previews, as in matt84's case. The PMs were sent as notifications of my moving some goat posts (which is to say goats) on 8/03/09 from 10:33 - 10:39 PM, from the thread "The importance of knowledge" to "Everything is a Goat."

Mozilla 1.6

A lot of the forums section states the last name as "XLastPost" where X is the name of the person who wrote the last post.

"...There was a writer who asked why it was that when we find positive experiences we say that only the physical facts are real, but in negative experiences we believe that reality is subjective. He made an example of those who say that in birth only the pain is real, the joy a subjective point of view, but that in death it is the emotional loss that is the reality." - Tony Ballantyne, Recursion.

On Mozilla 3.5.1, when going into a forum such as General Philosophy I also get the "XLast Post" business. But the "X" and the "Last Post" are different links; I think it just needs a space.

I need a procedure for creating a post to which the problem applies. It has to be some combination of formatting you're doing.

I really don't know how to do it. I'm wondering if something like quote within quote might trigger it.

This is a new paragraph...

Edit: Nope, that was fine. try some italics.

Edit: still fine... random
