Biography: I am in my mid-20s and frantically trying to get into graduate school while trading off my BA in philosophy.

I am endlessly fascinated with brilliant people with whom I disagree on certain key issues (George Berkeley and idealism, Thomas Hobbes and absolute monarchy, Peter Abelard and theism) and unpopular philosophers with whom I do agree (Epicurus and death, Bernard de Mandeville and social pressure, Ned Markosian and presentism).

I hope to hammer out some ideas here as I figure out just what in the world to believe.
