Biographical Information

Favorite Philosopher: Andy Partridge, Michael Stipe, Joe Campbell, my cat Elektra, William Shatner, 180 Proof

Location: Vienna, Austria

Occupation: Personal Trainer (professional cycling)

Birthdate: May 24, 1965 (45 years old)

Interests: Sports (no motor sports-fußball), FantasyLeagueBaseball(GO SCHRÖDINGER'S CATS!), Arts(no Opera-where I come from if an animal makes a noise like that ya shoot 'em!, SUSHI, Film, Music, annoying Theists

Biography: Dyslexic 'Philosopher'. Born in the USA, still American, my retirement funds hold me there rather than partiotism. Hometown in Virginia with a population of then 96 and now 3000. 3 different Universities have had the pleasure of dealing with my idiotic provocations.

B.S. in Philosophy / Religion / Sport Sciences

Minor in Dance / Art

4 years as a professional cyclist (no doping and I was moderately successful, which means 'unknown')

Lived 2 years in New York City and just before 2 year in Nowhere, Iowa

Living in Vienna, Austria since 1993 - reason 'LOVE' - my wife not the city.

Currently am the personal coach and trainer for a future procyclist. This means I sit around and do as little as possible trying to avoid becoming fat.

Currently I seem to be 'employeed by injury' in the position of 'recovery expert'. In less than 3 years, , a brain tumour, twices an explosed artery in my head (twice artificial coma), a bursetomie of the right elbow (I am a baseball pitcher, right handed), a completely torn achilles tendon and 10 weeks later a torn calf muscle. This is starting to get a bit annoying. All I do is recover. I'm back on the bike and have started throwing again. Semi-pro baseball in Austria is still an option, I hope.

Essentially I am working as a 'kitten father'. Two insane cat beasties are invading my life. A great reason to be alive.

Many are there to ensure a 'flow' with the training machines and to prevent 'traffic jams'. It does have a purpose and a logic, but not much of it has to do with training effects.

We train up to 5 days a week, sometimes 5 days in a row using the same exercises. It is brutal, but more effective.
