I have begun reading Volume 1 of Copleston's History.
Is there a compilation available of the English translations of his citations?

Thank You Very Much.

Check the Philosophers Index, but I doubt it. If it is History 1, he is probably using the DK citation for Pre-Socratics, Stephanus for Plato, and Bekker for Aristotle. When you look at a translation by say Plato, these are the numbers out to the side (it's not a page number...they look something 1080ab, and so forth). This is standard..it allows people to use different translations or read the material in the original language.

Later, when you get to Modern Philosophy...he will say in the bibliography which translation he is using.

Your post was kind of ambiguous. I haven't read Copleston. If you mean by 'translations of citations' that he is actually including citations in Greek...then just look for the Stephanus number, and find the passage in a translated version.
