I must concede that I hadn't considered children: I don't spend a lot of time with kids, other than my brother in high-school. My "Not what they wanted" is more of a rule for adults, with criminals handled under the (oddly mathy) collary that arresting them stops them from doing what others would rather they didn't, which makes jail the more moral of the two. The whole idea is somewhat based in "No means no!" applied to gossip, theft, and assault.
And while it may not nessisarily be intelligent to fight off someone else's attacker if their bigger than you (6'3", 250lbs, for the record) that doesn't make it immoral to try: If you distract the attacker both of you might escape and not get hurt.

The Tao that can be named is not the true Tao.
